I've been using ZFS in both 10.x and Current and it was working without tmpfs For testing I used tmpfs on "/ram" and change the link line on devfs.conf which is now: # link shm link /ram shm And sublime works fine like this. In any case I can adapt the port message to check for this or maybe even add a better way to check it in sublime.sh And many thanks for the ktrace/kdump parameters those should prove handy in futther debugging of linux ports :)
