I use the same password for the tac_plus as for general users and all ahs been working weel. Since upgrading, some users not all are unable to access mail through MS IE explorer. The error is the refusal of the password howver this may be the case but the server gives the message that Unable to process from line (envelopes) change recognition modes. Where can I get the latest version of GENPWD to set identical passwords.
