After running through sysinstall (disk label, fdisk), I get this error when it goes to begin fs operations: DEBUG: MakeDev: Unknown major/minor for devtype - when trying to add swap. This is on an external powervault LVD array. As far as I can tell, all the proper devices are in /dev. This is on FreeBSD-3.3-STABLE.
