I've also included the boot messages that I get without the FORE ATM card. When I boot with the FORE ATM card in the machine and support for it enabled in the kernel, it wedges hard right when the kernel says "mounting root from /dev/da0s1a" ... and the disk never ends up dirty, so it's not getting beyond that.
