No, it's the same thing. Same release also. It's just branding. From past experience, I think when Real starts naming a major version "Gold" it more or less means it's slated for obsoleteness (or declared final to phrase it more friendly). They're probably brewing a new release based on helix2. I wonder if it will only support ALSA (like flash9). I don't follow helix development though (its redundant IMHO). Dan
