lptest > /dev/lpt0 gives many blank pages. Yes I will need an ASCII to PS filter as soon as I can print PS files. Yes, it does seem like it is processing data when I send it a PS file. Also, I noticed that the command: # lptcontrol -p gives the error: lptcontrol: ioctl: Operation not supported When I originally configured the kernel for irq7, the lptcontrol command did not give this message.
