 Workaround:
 sysctl net.link.bridge.pfil_member=0
 sysctl net.link.bridge.pfil_bridge=0
 
 Windows7 client booted and now OK
 
 Forgot to mention my network-setup:
 bridge0, members ath0 (hostap) and bge0
 
 bridge0 has 6 aliases for various jails, all in the same subnet
