rust 1.52.0's copy/fork of LLVM is 12. Remember that we had an OPTION to use
ports LLVM but the rust folks added a target-features bit that the gecko@ p=
orts
need to build, per bug 223342 and bug 223300.

Review D30099 finally finished building on my machine, so will check LTO bu=
ilds
for both www/firefox and mail/thunderbird soon.
