	Perhaps I should explain a bit better.

	When I try to access the first disc (cd0) the changer takes it
	from the cartridge, spins it and returns it. All subsequent
	accesses to cd0 will result in message "open: no CD in" as long
	as I eject the cartridge and re-insert it. Then I can load it
	once again etc. This holds true for all the discs.
