Yes, it is included in GENERIC. It was done last night, but I managed to fat-finger the copy last night in the Usenix terminal room and I managed to break cvsup. (Sorry John.) It should all be fixed now, and the copyright clauses MFC'ed to RELENG_3 and RELENG_4. How and when we turn on softupdates on filesystems with tunefs or mount options is a different issue.
