The AAAA DNS entry for opam.ocaml.org was wrong, as it has been discussed in https://github.com/ocaml/infrastructure/issues/42 -- and the maintainers thereof are aware of it (and hopefully will come up with some healthcheck and/or persistent IPv6 address assignment). I still don't quite understand their setup, but am glad that they solved it. Would you mind closing this bug?
