You will not know it's broken until you try to start apache. I did apache13 port and them the mod_frontpage port as a work a round with no luck. The whole frontpage ports environment is hosed at this time. I have it working, not by installing the apach13-fp port. I installed the apache-modssl port and then added the mod-frontpage port.
