 mxdriver is a driver type from the imap-uw c-client toolkit. You'll
probably need to tweak sources by hand -- do a make confiugure then modify
the Makefile in the work directory to include the mxdriver.

 I'm sorry I can't be of more help but right now I can't check out the
sources...
