The Power Pak comes with The Complete FreeBSD and FreeBSD 4.0 is just the 4 
CD set I'm assuming.  The Complete FreeBSD is really the only FreeBSD 
specific book available right now.  You can also get a printed copy of the 
handbook that is online at http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/.
