I decided to keep the cmake files where they are.

I saw cad/freecad moving from vtk8 to vtk6, and didn't notice that it moved again back to vtk8 later.

cad/opencascade switched to vtk8 also very recently, I missed this, didn't recheck before committing.

I'll fix both of them.
