1)	You should have sent this to the -questions list

2)	Microsoft FrontPage BSDI binaries are BSDI 2.0 binaries,
	and require the BSDI 2.0 emulation code to operate (you
	must upgrade your FreeBSD past the most recent release,
	most likely to -current).
