Did you upgrade to the latest 10 sources? As I do not use KDE, I did not test it any further. One side note, X does not start always successfully with Intel KMS. My X220 freezes then but I cannot check with a second machine then. I would suggest the same as Nikolay that you start testing with a very simple window manager like blackbox or whatever you like.
