Maybe?  I'm not too familiar with dummynet so I'll have to spend some time
reading the manual at some point.  You think it is possible to insert a
function after the HFSC output that simulates the effects of PPPoE encoding=
 and
pre-throttles the link the packets egress on WAN?

(I'd like to preserve my HFSC queue definitions for now, I have about eight=
 in
total ranging from high priority VOIP to low priority public WiFi for leech=
es.=20
These all seem to be working fine relative to each other so long as I keep =
the
uplink limit low.)
