Also, how do I install the handbook? The Handbook, as installed by the 'doc' distribution, is a series of HTML files in /usr/share/doc/handbook/. You can use your favorite Web browser to view these files. Info is a GNU utiility which reads special info files. You should be able to type just 'info' and get a menu of options. If not, insure that /usr/share/info exists.
