Just a related question: x11/kdebase3 tests
`if defined(WITHOUT_XINERAMA)`, i.e. --with-xinerama is the default, but
x11/kdelibs3 tests `if defined(WITH_XINERAMA)`, i.e. -without-xinerama
is the default; is it normal?
