Both should work fine with the aic7xxx driver (they are both 7856
chipset based).

Both of the cards you listed would work fine.  They probably have
different connectors on the outside of the cards though, so I would pick
whichever one has the connector that is easier to connect to your CD-RW
in terms of easy to find cabling.
