                    MAINTAINER'ship

svn diff for net-mgmt/tcptrack

I recently noticed Dimitry had added a patch to this
because clang 3.7.0 uncovered a recursive loop in it
( https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=202535 )
I use this port enough to warrant adopting it.

So While adopting the port, I've also incorporated Dimitry's
patch.

Changes:
The additional patch listed above
PORTREVISION
additional MASTER_SITES
MAINTAINER

Includes
svn diff
QA

Thanks!
