The date shown on the graphs is unrelated to the current date/time and 
seems to change for each report generation.

Issue identified on the SG-1000 platform running
2.4.0-BETA (arm)
built on Sat Jul 08 11:20:00 CDT 2017

This looks like a typing issue when calling a GD library function, but I 
do not have a build environment to check this (pfsense can not build 
code).
