As discussed below, I plan to remove acpi_Enable and acpi_Disable and 
the associated ioctls before 5.3.  The reasoning is that they cause 
problems for some people, are not very useful, and are not guaranteed by 
the std.  Comments welcome.

   Log:
   Comment out the ability to enable/disable ACPI at runtime.  This appears
   to not work reliably and crash some systems.  It is not supported at all
   on others.  Pending discussion, the underlying ioctls will be removed.
