The manual for my cyclades -Z says it is...

I'm not anywhere near the manual right now, but if you want, I can look at
the manual again tomorrow, and tell you exactly what it says about it.

You could try e-mailing the cyclades tech support and asking them about it.
I am under the impression that the cyc-Y and cyc-Z use just about the same
communcation. Also, the cyc-Z allows you to use a serial port speed well
in excess of 230,400 even though I have no idea why you would.

I am quite impressed with my cyclades-Z, as the huge FIFO buffers seem to
smooth out the uneven data flow accross the 'net.
