I've seen a couple of warnings: setup_allocindir_phase2: need bmap, blk -12 but no panics. It has speeded up make world times on my P100 machine from 5hrs and 30 min to 3 hrs and 10 mins; the previous times with disks mounted async. This is with devfs and the slice code enabled.
