I've one such adapter in one of my hosts, but I've been using its one 1st port. Now I need to engage 2nd & after rebulding kernel with enabled latter one & creating appropriate devices in /dev kernel reports that 2nd port (cx1) not found at selected address. To my sorrow I didnt find any appropriate places to ask about this prob. Thet's why I write here since many of russian sysadmins are members of this ML. There are no IOaddr nor IRQ nor DRQ conflicts for this adapter in the comp. But I've log: wd1: 6187MB (12672450 sectors), 13410 cyls, 15 heads, 63 S/T, 512 B/S cx0 at 0x240 irq 15 drq 7 on isa cx0: cx1 not found at 0x260 npx0 flags 0x1 on motherboard Thought I can ifconfig cx1 up (I didnt connect it to DCE for some reason so I cant to prove that it's not compleetly inoperable), cxconfig it & CROCO utility seems to detect cx1. So chuvaki who has any ideas or appropriate refferences? -- WBW Andy V.
