  MFC r314069:
  
  [iwm] Get rid of unneeded IWM_FWDMASEGSZ and IWM_FWMAXSIZE constants
  
  * We only need IWM_FH_MEM_TB_MAX_LENGTH bytes for the fw_dma memory.
