What is the type of netcard: ISA or PCI ?

If PCI then delete all entries in section Network which accessable
after
boot: -c

If ISA then boot with DOS and check the PORT and IRQ witn help
configuration program for your netcard. After that set same PORT
and IRQ in FreeBSD configuration.
