I've tried rebuilding all my ports today, and noticed that fonts are
missing glyphs now :-/

The following seems to be a snippet that seems relevant, but before I
try to rebuild it all (it takes a few hours here), has anyone seen this
already and managed to find a fix/workaround?

: No glyph for character U+0122 (0xab) available.
: No glyph for character U+00B4 (0xb4) available.
: No glyph for character U+014A (0xbd) available.
: No glyph for character U+0118 (0xca) available.
: No glyph for character U+0136 (0xd3) available.
: No glyph for character U+0172 (0xd9) available.
: No glyph for character U+00DC (0xdc) available.
: No glyph for character U+0168 (0xdd) available.
: No glyph for character U+00E6 (0xe6) available.
: No glyph for character U+00FA (0xfa) available.
: Writing 206 characters into file '6x10-ISO8859-4.bdf'.

The fonts lack certain characters after this.  A screenshot of XTerm
started with 'xterm -fn fixed' that shows this can be found at:

Any ideas what causes this?
