This looks OK. Compilation and installing works well.
There is still one error in startscript -
name="courier_authdaemond"
start_precmd="${name}_prestart"
means there should be
courier_authdaemond_prestart()
and not
authdaemond_prestart()
This results in error message when trying start authdaemond.
