According to https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/porters-handbook/porting-desc.html#porting-pkg-descr

 If the URI is the root of the website or directory, it must be terminated with a slash.

Modern www/firefox appears to strip / at the end but www/w3m doesn't.
Personally, I don't quite agree with "must be" for website root because
HTTP request doesn't change.
