For Lyris ListManager 4.1 and 4.2, they have a freebsd version. They have about 10 paid installations of it vs. over 1000 linux installs (as posted to one of their newsgroups two weeks ago.) ListManager 5.x is not going to exist for native FreeBSD because of this.
