AFAIK the NetFlex board is not currently supported.  Good replacements are
the Intel EtherExpress PRO/100B or any of the DEC 21x4x-based boards,
which are the non-NE2000 compatible PCI ethernet boards you'll find.  I
know that Accton, Dayna, and Kingston make boards with these chips.
