It seems h2ph expect directory in /usr/local hierarchy by default. It should be fixed. ache:/usr/include p0 61_# h2ph * sys/* Destination directory /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-freebsd doesn't exist or isn't a directory Other *2p* utils should be checked too. -- Andrey A.
