Hello,

thank you for your quick reply and the patch.

When i want now open the DVD then it reads the DVD for one sec and then kodi
closes.

There should be no issue regarding permissions, $USER is in the operater gr=
oup
and other players can access /dev/cd0 fine. Opening directly /dev/cd0 works=
 but
it doesn't gets used as DVD instead the menu stuff gets played as a normal
video file.
