AFAIK, one doesn't exist.  We cram too much stuff on the boot floppy that
it just won't fit on a 1.2MB image anymore.  Besides, 1.2MB disks are
pretty out-of-date; most machines just have a 3.5" drive.  If you don't
have one, you should get one; I saw an ad for one for $29.
