A "labotomy" is probably the removal of lips.  Bruce doesn't talk much 
anyway, so it might not make too much difference. (Hi Bruce! :-)) A 
"Frontal lobotomy" is the removal of the frontal lobes of the cerebral 
cortex.  Now that *would* make a difference.
