If you are running + a pre-August 9th kernel, please hold off updating at this + time. Please read the stable@freebsd.org list for up to + date information on this issue. Once a final solution has + been committed, this file will be updated. Tor Egge just posted a patch to this list which seems to solve the problem, but I think we'll do a little more testing before we declare the problem fully solved. :) In the meantime, you may be interested in the cvsup manpage, which describes how to cvsup to a specific date, such as August 7th.
