I am sorry, my original question was not clear enough. I do use cvsup to pull the tree down -- I want to create a CVS server (for cvsup to connect to) which basically mirrors the cvs repository. [Let's say I wanted to setup another public mirror for instance - cvsup99.freebsd.org.
