I don't mind having good ChangeLog. I don't mind having just
"update to version..." logs for ports commits.

However, this port is a special one. I'd say that everyone
reading svn-ports@ is interested at changes to this particular port.
So reading the commit log by hundreds of people is much
easier and faster then updating the portstree and extracting
the port to read ChangeLog.
