I kind of hoped it would be, but its not fixed in 2.1 - If I open and close 
a few dozen xterms, netscape a couple of times, and say something like 
xv, I will start getting  out of swap messages - even after most 
proccesses have been closed. I've got 12MB ram and 30MB of swap, and its 
all gone after a few hours of intensive use of X.  :(
