Russell Carter has kindly agreed to take over the organization of this
so that it doesn't slip through the cracks should I (quite likely,
actually) become trapped in 2.1 hell and run out of time to organize
the event.  I'm sure he'll see this message and add you to whatever
mailing list he's putting together!
