I am attemtping to view some old (pre 93) CD-i 'Digital-Video' which i believe
to be 'green book'

I have been through the archives looking for CD-i, green book and got some
idea of what I should be using.

MpegTV claims "Cannot open CD-ROM device: /dev/cdrom no such file or directory"
when I try play VCD

cdd shows the following:

stuff# cdd
