Subject: Problems with AHA 1542W on 2.2-BETA

I am trying to install 2.2-BETA on a system with an AHA 1542W.  The system
doesn't actually have any wide disks on it, just a Fujitsu SCSI-II disk.

Geometry traslation is turned off, but it exhibits the classic geometry
translation symptoms.  Installs fine, but hangs after the `F1' prompt.
This system was previously running SCO, not FreeBSD, so I don't know if this
is something with 2-2.BETA, the hardware or something stupid I am doing.
