I have a D-Link 660 ethernet pccard, only 10mbs, which has worked
well for me--I've done a couple of installs with it and some other
fairly large file transfers. It's worked with a 3.0 version of
-current (September 4, 1998) and a 4.0 -current (probably February
15, 1999) (no PAO). It cost about $40 at Fry's a while ago. I use the
following pccard.conf entry:
#D-LINK Ethernet 660CT
card "D-Link" "DE-660"
config 0x20 "ed0" 10
ether 0x81
insert echo D-Link 660 Ethernet inserted
insert /etc/pccard_ether ed0
remove echo D-Link 660 Ethernet removed
remove /sbin/ifconfig ed0 delete
