After installed 6.3-R from a CD and went to post configuration -> network -> interface, pick ti0 and choose DHCP, nothing happened and NIC board lights are off. Altr-F4 to goto the console, ifconfig showed ti0 is inactive. Typed in "ifconfig ti0 up", then board board light became green, and NIC is active now. -- ------------ Jin Guojun ----------- v --- jin@george.lbl.gov --- Distributed Systems Department http://www.dsd.lbl.gov/~jin Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley, CA 94720
