patch to update mail/lbdb from 0.42 to 0.42.1

mail/lbdb version 0.42 has an issue with the definition of the path to find
munge. This has been fixed upstream resulting in version 0.42.1.
portlint -C says

/usr/local/poudriere/ports/local/mail/lbdb # portlint -C
WARN: /usr/local/poudriere/ports/local/mail/lbdb/files/patch-mutt_ldap_quer=
y:
patch was not generated using ``make makepatch''. It is recommended to use
``make makepatch'' when you need to [re-]generate a patch to ensure proper
patch format.
FATAL: Makefile.orig: for safety, be sure to cleanup backup files before
committing the port.
FATAL: distinfo.orig: for safety, be sure to cleanup backup files before
committing the port.
WARN: Consider to set DEVELOPER=3Dyes in /etc/make.conf
2 fatal errors and 2 warnings found.

The first warning is a file I have not touched. The *.orig files are just f=
or
reference and do not appear in svnlite diff.

poudriere testport on 10.3 seems to be happy with the small change and I
already enjoy lbdb version 0.42.1.
