graphics/lux: update to 1.1.1

- switch non-x86 to highway-based SIMD code

Upstream changes:

 - better SIMD support for non-x86 through Google highway
 - full masking and stacking support for PTOs

Upstream does not provide a change log.
Tested with Poudriere on armv7 (failed) arm64 i386 amd64 FreeBSD 13.1.
