Clearly those sites did not carry the requested archive. Samba.org 
seems only to carry the latest tarball (currently 2.03). I found
the archive on the UK mirror of FreeBSD. Since this site is more
complete and earlier updated than the dutch mirror I would suggest
adding that to the list.
